Mohs surgery is highly specialized procedure and is used mainly for the removal of skin cancers on the head, neck, hands and feet, as well as, aggressive and large skin cancers throughout the body. If your cancer is not a candidate for Mohs surgery, we have simple treatment options that we are happy to discuss with you. We’re here to assist you in finding the optimal treatment based on your specific diagnosis.

After your skin cancer is completely removed, Dr. Adams can provide reconstructive surgery as needed for virtually all post-operative repairs. He has over 25 years of experience in reconstructive surgery and can provide high-quality repairs using the latest techniques.

Skin Cancer Prevention

Perform spot checks regularly to identify any signs of skin abnormalities or changes
Use sunscreen on a daily basis, in all seasons
Minimize exposure to sunlight from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Do spot checks regularly to identify any signs of skin abnormalities
Wear protective clothing outside: hats, lightweight long sleeves, sunglasses
Use extra caution around snow, sand, and water, as they reflect sunlight
Avoid tanning beds
